Working from home & staying safe

As many of us adjust to working from home 3 weeks on from the lockdown, including some of us here at Janan HO, we are turning to family, friends and colleagues for tips on how to stay focused and relaxed (snacks, meditation, attire) recommendations are more than welcome. Over the past few weeks we’ve spoken to several people and most agree that they feel motivated and refreshed if they put on fresh comfortable clothes (we aren’t talking board-room style with power suits).
